Delete your Zuzuway account

Applies to the Zuzuway app (Android and iOS) and zuzuway.com

Delete in the app

1. Open the Zuzuway app and sign in.
2. Go to the Me tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.

Can't open the app?

Email htkycong@gmail.com from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm and process it.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, password), brand profile and saved notes.
• Connected channel tokens, schedules, drafts, generated images and videos, and remaining credits.
• Everything is permanently deleted within 7 days. Posts already published on your social channels stay there — remove them on each platform if you wish.
• We may keep payment records where the law requires it.

Xoá tài khoản Zuzuway

1. Mở app Zuzuway và đăng nhập.
2. Vào tab Tôi, kéo xuống cuối, bấm Xoá tài khoản rồi xác nhận.
3. Không mở được app: gửi email tới htkycong@gmail.com từ email của tài khoản, tiêu đề “Xoá tài khoản”.

Tài khoản, hồ sơ thương hiệu, kênh đã kết nối, lịch đăng, ảnh / video đã tạo và credit còn lại bị xoá vĩnh viễn trong vòng 7 ngày. Bài đã đăng trên mạng xã hội vẫn nằm trên kênh của bạn.
